• Min. STM Bangunan (6,9,10,12) , STM Listrik (16)
• Min. D3 Teknik Sipil (5,7,8), Jurusan K3 (11), Hukum (13), Ekonomi (14)
• Min. S1 Teknik Sipil (1,2,3), Akuntansi (4)
• Pengalaman min. 10 tahun (1), 5 tahun (2,3,4,5,6),2 tahun (7-16, fresh graduate boleh melamar)
• Fasih berbahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan, mempunyai kemampuan leadership dan analisis (1,2,3,4,5)
• Menguasai penggunaan alat ukur Theodolite (10)
• Memiliki sertifikat K3 dan sertifikat lainnya (11)
• Menguasai Ms. Office, memiliki integritas dan komitmen yang baik, mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
• Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh Project kecuali (1&4) di HO
