Krakatau PoscoPT. Krakatau POSCO is a company engaged in the steel industry. PT Krakatau Posco was established in 2010 and operates a multi-national joint venture between PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk and POSCO Korea with a total investment cost of USD 2.66 billion by 2014.

PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk is the largest state-owned steel company in Indonesia which has a 30% stake. While the remaining 70% owned by POSCO Korea. Products company will consist of Slab, Plate, and Hot Rolled Coil (HRC). The company will be built in Cilegon, Banten, and will require an investment of around USD 6 billion.

Currently PT Krakatau Posco will recruit experienced who have a willingness to learn and build confidence with an open mind for the position :

  • Handling guest (receive, identify, distribute)
  • Handling telephone (receive, identify, transfer)
  • In coordination with corporate secretary for employee business trip (ticketing and hotel reservation)
  • Support corporate secretary for company event
  • Handling car call and taxi
  • In coordination with security management team regarding security system for visitor
  • Handling incoming and outgoing : letters, documents, goods
  • Female
  • Good looking
  • Age : Max. 30 years old
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum Diploma degree
  • Has experience as receptionist/customer service/ secretary min. 2 years
  • Familiar with computer
Clinic Receptionist
  • Receiving phone call to make an appointment and oversee walk-in patient in the clinic in coordination with clinic team member
  • Input employee data in medical system
  • In coordination with nurse regarding patient files (pick up and get back the file to the file room/cabinet)
  • In charge for incoming and outgoing letter for clinic purpose
  • Report to company doctor in relates to medical administration issues by regularly basis
  • Female
  • Age maximum 27 years old
  • Education : Min. Senior High School graduates
  • Good command in English both speaking and writing
  • Preferably has experience as receptionist in clinic and/or hospital
  • Willing to work in Cilegon
Outsourcing Management
  • Establish mid and long-term outsourcing work development plans
  • Set forth basic policy of outsourcing work and improve management system
  • Confirm new outsourcing work and select company to carry out the outsourcing work
  • Estimate outsourcing work target price and verify actual cost of outsourcing work
  • Other things necessary for outsourcing work improvement including setting up Service Level Agreement, Evaluating Outsourcing Co., Generate Feedback Report that also consist of opportunity for company improvement
  • Male
  • Age Maximal 30 years old
  • Minimum Diploma degree
  • Has experience in managing outsourcing work administration or service procurement min. 2 years
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiar with manufacture process as well as financial report
Business Analyst
  • Undertake coordination to prepare monthly management performance meeting to evaluate achievement’s of KPI and business process
  • Provide performance analysis to support setting up the company business goal and KPI
  • Provide analysis to support the Strategic Planning Process (Mission Objectives, Environmental Scanning, Strategy Formulation, Strategy Implementation, Evaluation and Control)
  • Support other team in preparing general stockholders meeting
  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • Preferably has 2 years experience as Business analyst
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Preferably also fluent in Korean
  • Good presentation skill
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good understanding of Strategic Planning Process
