Responsibilities
Make quantitative and qualitative research of economy, companies, industries, and capital market and present valuable data for top management and clients. Provide suitable in depth analytical techniques in preparing the research reports.
Requirements
- Maximum 30 years old, holds Master’s degree) in any major, preferably majoring in Economic or Statistic
- Has excellent knowledge in local, regional, and international investment market
- Has excellent knowledge about fundamental analysis and technical analysis
- Fluent in English, both oral and written, especially in presentation situation
- Computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) and Internet
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, high achievement, and leadership
- High integrity and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the sell or buy orders in the marketplace (online trading).
- Maintain and increase trading with existing house accounts and proactively prospect for new trading clients.
- To lead the Marketing & Sales team, building, motivating, training and giving support to the team member in order to achieve target.
- Providing sales report acurately in daily and monthly
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills, while traders should have good quantitative skills and the ability to withstand high stress situations.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Has WPPE license is a must
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in marketing & sales at Securites Company or the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Securities Company, Broker
- Having own vehicle and good marketing networking & database would be an advantage
- Success-motivated, target oriented, good leadership, self-disciplined and teamwork oriented
- Highly energetic and strong personal network
- Computer literacy
- Good in English (both oral & written)
